Just tried it on my R4 froze on the white nintendo screen then disabled the soft reset and it works perfect now.

Sorry, I'm not good with technology, I even had trouble with the quote...
I mean I'm using software version 1.21 on my R4, if you know what I mean.
Anyway, I put the patch on my R4, but I still can't see the train controls.

Don't use R4 v1.24 kernel 2009-11-25 , proplems with sound

 

hi I'm having problems with no$gba running this game with the firmwere...i play the game and it works fine with train contolls and everything then i Get to the first cutscene after you first leave the castle towards the spirit tower....the emulator freezes and then shuts down.when i open the game again it starts over from the beginning of the game even though i have saved it several times before it crashed....can any one help?


PS. i tried patching the game and it wouldn't even open the patched file......

 

One more question: there are 5 files in the Xenophobia patch, which one(s) do I put on my R4?

 

Rename your rom to xpa-lzst.nds and run your patch, Backup original copy

Then rename the new patched rom from xpa-lzst-cracked.nds to The Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks (U).nds

or what ever you will like to call it

If your game is registerd to the emulator then don't put .nds on the end

 

Okay everyone I just fixed my rom by watching a video on YouTube. It is VERY simple and I am so happy to have it fixed finally after trying to figure it out for hours. I now have complete control of the train. Here is the video link on the guys channel on YouTube:

how come the game repeats itself when i restart the game,it starts all over again.

 

I tryed what you said and it resulted in this message coming up when i tryed to launch the file in no gba "sorry,no$gba needs a copy of the origonal GBA BIOS(in a file named gba.rom or no$gba.rom) to execute BIOS sound finctions" this is a fatal message

Download no$gba2.6a + all files , it has the bios files needed

no$gba and no$zommer are .exe files to run on your PC

Roms for the emulator and R4 cards end with .nds

 

i alredy had the firmwere installed .... but thanks for your help annyway

Hi i already know that people have said that on the Cyclo it will just restart the game after you quit, so is there any way to fix this problem im really confused and i was really far in the game before i knew it didnt save
