Many people say they have this problem!, With the freeze at the snow cave, I also have a R4 revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS) and don't have this problem

Mabe its your microSD card make, I have a kingston 2gb microsd

I know how to solve this
I think you do it like this
OK get a clean rom (not patched)
then change the sav file to the exact name of the clean rom (make sure it still has it .dav at the end)
Since its a drawn path you don't need train controls.
When you reach you destination save and change ur sav file back to the name of the patched rom.
Then play the patched rom

I'm using Sandisk. I guess I can try to see if I've got another one sitting around that I could transfer to, and see if that works. Thanks for the suggestion.

 

If you have a R4 revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS) you could use the new ysmenu

yess I did and I already turned everything off...

 

This is weird! Myself and my son both own Cyclods (Latest official firmware not Beta version), both have identical set ups (Copied from one DS to the other), We are both trialling ZST using RTS (Zenophobia's Crack version) however mine work fine and my boy's says 'Data could not be written' at the intro screen. do I need to Formatt the SD card or is there anything else I should do?

 

Maybe there isn't even space on his mirco SD card to make a save file.
See if there is enough space.

Good morning, from the US. This is my first post, so hopefully I don't make too much of a mess of it.
I have tried going thru this forum topic and was unable to find a way to get "Spirit Tracks" to run properly.
Therefore, I am hoping someone can lend a hand and show me the way to get "Spirit Tracks" up and running properly.

I own a Nintendo DS Lite.
I have the R4i SDHC, R4i-SDHC Upgrade Revolution for DS (NDSi/NDSL/NDS). It's the red box if that is of any help.
I have the latest version of the software V 1.09b.
I have a Norcent microSD card. The unpatched version of the game worked (at least until I got to the train that I was unable to control).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Jhon, I checked the link, but I did forget to mention that my R4i is not the version 1.4.
Should I still use this version, or stick with the 1.09b?

You can keep your original rom, Just make a copy of it

Thank you, John. I am downloading the file now and as soon as I install it, I will test it out and let you know if there is a hangup, etc.
When I installed the one that was available from download at Romulation, it worked fine, but when I got to the train, there were no controls and a very upset cow in the game to boot. I will let you know it this works. Thanks again for your help.

 

Works clean with TTDS Unofficial 1.17a12.

 

OK, after reformatting the MicroSD, installing the 1.09b software and the patch that you provided the link for, the menu screen pops up for the R4i, then when you select the game, on the top screen it says "Xenophobia" and the bottom part of the top screen is garbled. The lower screen is in white. Any suggestions? Thanks again.
