    Laptop:
    CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo @ 1.83Ghz
    RAM: 3GB
Graphics Card: Mobility Radeon X2300 with 128MB dedicated VRAM
    OS: Windows 7 Professional 32-bit
    HDD: 160GB, with 40GB towards Fedora 12

And I currently have it hooked up to my upcoming desktop's monitor - a sweet 24" HD gem of a monitor that got delivered just as I started typing up this post.

    Desktop (ordering at the moment):
CPU: AMD Phenom II 955 Black Edition Quad Core @ 3.2GHz
    RAM: 4GB DDR3
Graphics Card: Sapphire Radeon HD5750 1GB With Dual DVI
    OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
    HDD: 500GB
Monitor: 24" Viewsonic with full 1080p HD

Also, I'm building it, not getting a prebuilt PoS that costs 100% more.

of course!, its has vga outlet, right? i do it when watching movies using my netbook, i wouldn't want to eat my popcorns at a 8'9 screen while watching it. I would rather watch it in at leat 22'' or higher. And i even planning to save one to buy a lcd projector just for watching movies and games.

Sure. I've got a proper graphics card on my laptop, so I have a DVI outlet that I'm plugged into. It's pretty cool.

That's not really Chrome OS though. It's just a custom build of opensuse with Google Chrome slapped on it.
