    Win XP (Service Pack 2)
    Amd Dualcore 2 X 2.00 Ghz
    1024 MB Ram
    Samsung HD (232 GB)
    Geforce 7300 GT
    Sound onboard (Realtek HD Audio)

The onboard Graphics are GF 6200. It`s just one of these low price Computers - bought it for 349 Euro....ähmmmm...almost 2 Years ago I guess, so the components are all in all the cheapest on the market. But it`s running, and running and....

Can play Games like "Gothic III" and "Oblivion" very well - but the newest one are too hungry for my Gfx-card.

    What are your PC specs?

My rig was made especially for gaming and Blu-Ray quality movies. It's home-made, I don't trust companies to make good gaming rigs.

    nForce 790i Ultra SLI MCP
    GTX 295 dual SLI
    6GB Ram
    Blu-Ray and DVD disc reader
    3TB HDD
    Windows Vista Home Premium

you slipped up on the OS choice then. Vista is not suitable for games in any shape or form. Besides, we already have at least 4 threads like this.

Didn't see the other threads, sorry.

Vista was the highest OS at the time. I'm upgrading to 7 as soon as I get my allowance. :)

most people stuck with XP and either went straight to 7 or are still using XP. vista had about the lowest take-up of any microsoft OS.

Vista was basically a rushed up version of 7.

    I have vista.
It has a lot of mistakes and annoying things. I think microsoft spent too much time making the half see-thru windows and less time on the actual OS.
So is windows 7 like vista but the problems are fixed?

supposidly 7 is what vista should have been. I upgraded last night and I've not had any major issues yet. You have to get at least the professional version though; home doesnt have proper XP compatibility (and microsoft dont publicise that fact).
