Hinata from Naurto and Yakumo from school rumble, because their just plain cute.

Tokiko from Buso renkin and Yoko from Gurenn lagen, because of their strength.

 

Tokiko was awesome, I really like C2 (or C.C.) from Code Geass too.

 

That's one seriously annoying girl. She got better as it went on though.

My favorite character hands down is Lucy from Elfen Lied. That girl is badass

The manga is really good but the anime is a catasthrophy. :-\
It is really good exept for the ending fact; a very hard descision :'(

I like both Sakuras from Naruto and Cardcaptor Sakura and then, lemme see...

Tomoyo (CCS): Because I just think she's cute...besides, she really is quite a bit of a laugh sometimes. Other than that, I think it's her devotion to Sakura as a friend.

Reina Ryuuguu(Higurashi no Naku Koro ni): Lolz...definitely for the humor. I can't help cracking up at her antics at times.

Rika Furude(Higurashi no Naku Koro ni): Because I like mysterious characters. I also like characters who tend to make nonsensical words. ~Ni pah!

Suiseiseki(Rozen Maiden): Her temper, her pranks, her 'desu', her pranks, her devotion to her sisters...did I mention pranks?

Shinku(Rozen Maiden): Okay, now this one I like because I think she's pretty, and besides, it's fun to see her with 'Kun-Kun'. I especially like her for Jun-kun's sake.

Alright...there's much more, but I think my brain's gonna blow up if I think anymore.

I have to say my favourite female anime character will be Sakura from CardCaptors.
Why? Because she has dress sense, she controls the Clow Cards, has a random humor and manages to live a normal life.
Also its an awesome show.

Sakura Kinomoto - she was my first fave character from Cardcaptor and now "Princess" Sakura Tsubasa Chronicle. And still love her.

Lucia (Dawn Witch) - always there for you.

Fuu Hououji - a formal girl, gentle as the wind.

Yakumo - the silent type of girl. I think?

Chizuru Minamoto - the sophomore girl that her true form is a fox kit. So Cute!


Shana - she's cute when she eats melon bread : ), says Urusai (Shut up) three times, and only in episode 3 she spoke fluent English in Japanese voice.

 

katsuragi yako (majin tantei neugami neuro)... despite her over abused daily life, she is carefree and live through it happily (um greedily.... ;D).
