You know you play too much video games when....

When u skip the tutorial of a game you've never played before.

 

Scarily enough, I've actually done that. I must be playing too many games... ;D

 

I do it all the time. Some turorials are just far too long >_< you eventually figure out the workings of the game (most of the time anyway )

 

You know you play too much video games when you start to cast kido in middle of nowere

 

... when you see the nintendo logo serval times...

 

When you're Xbox 360 gamerscore reaches 30,000+ and you rarely play the thing in comparison to other consoles.

 

When you want to remake the same game, with your own rules etc.
When you are trying to imitate the game.
When you are making a forum for just that little game.

 

when someone comes running at you and you shout
BANZAI!!!

 

when you want to be a reaper

 

When you are starving, and there is food in the kitchen ready for consumption, but you prefer to keep on playing, ignoring the rumbling and emptiness in your stomach.
Until your wife comes home and forces you to get off the couch and eat.

 

When the world is boring and you go to school to be alone. You finally can play a game without being disturbed.

 

When you speak like some game's characters.

 

When you beat Mario's Frustration(Youtube) on your first time

 

When you download the soundtracks to your favorite games simply because some of the themes from them "sound like it'd make a good ringtone". ;D

 

I do that man! I got all official soundtrack from resident evil series!
when you think that you could be better when you can be in the place of a character.

 

I don't do that often with games. It's mostly sci-fi shows I find myself doing that with.

When you can imitate your favorite video game characters flawlessly as a child, and continue to do it just as flawlessly as an adult.

I mention this one cos I'm very guilty of that... There was one time I was playing one of the Mario Kart games against a friend. I was playing as Wario, he was playing as Yoshi. At one point, I knock him off the track by blowing past him while I'm invincible, and I bellowed in my Wario voice "Pimp my ride, b****!". We had to pause the race for a few minutes cos he was laughing so hard... ;D

 

when ur eyesight gets bad

 

when you go crazy looking on the internet for fan made games of that one game you beat last night.

 

When you understand and know the history of Final Fantasy VII more than your own nation's.

 

Well that is weird, some Dutch professors have proven that gaming is good for your eyesight...
