Xbox Portable? PS7? Xbox7? are these platforms real and actually coming?

Why not? I've got Vista on two laptops and I can run multiple programs.

 

I heard that the xbox 7s0 is coming out in a few years

 

The PS4, Xbox 720 and Wii 2 are all under development. They've been under development since the release of the PS3, 360 and Wii. As for whether they're developing future consoles beyond the next generation ones, that's highly doubtful. They would have no reason to divert resources away from development of the next gen console just to fund research into a console they won't even need for another 8 or 9 years.

All we know is that we won't see a new console from Nintendo until they're satisfied that the console offers something fresh and new, something worth selling rather than merely improving graphical capabilities and sticking with the same controller like the PS3 and the PS2 before it...
