xbox live bans

    yeah and they would say "look mate are you having a laugh, you've made illegal modifications to this POLICE!!!"

    its not a mac address but each console is coded and it is the code that gets banned. if i could swap it with another i would seeing as i have a dead console in a box but its not possible to change

    You have to get a different Xbox 360, no other way as I know. I suddenly got disconnected from GTA yesterday while playing a match (I got owned). I reconnected and it worked. I haven't been banned yet, but I'm definitely going to stop, until a new firmware.

    good idea as there are now a load of people now banned with the current firmware. but i am wondering whether it has anything to do with that i've been playing games before there release date in the uk
