now how the hell are any of the games you listed bad. wow the game you just listed are some of the best game ever made and you think they suck. hate to see what games you like.
ahem...SARCASM!!! he's being sarcastic. well I don't blame you for not knowing. well anyway why haven't any of you mentioned the games that caused the video game crash of 1982-1983? yes that's right I'm talking about E.T. and Pac-Man. yes that's right. if you don't want to read about my video game true storytelling then skip this post. ok so let's begin. Pac-Man. He was a legend amongst all arcades at that time. He was the "Mario and Sonic" at that time because the NES or sega wasn't released yet. Atari thought that if they made a port to the 2600 they would have become billionaires. the average amount of Atari 2600's sold was 10,000,000 but Atari was so confident in their port that they actually managed to make 13,000,000 copies of the game which is more than the number of atari consoles sold. they thought that people would buy an Atari 2600 just for Pac-Man. But the game ended up in absolute failure. click the gameplay video below IF YOU DARE!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HL2p2ANFlQ4 look at how that ghost flickers all around the game. it wasn't a glitch it was part of the game. When people saw this, they started to doubt on the games that would come out by Atari and just stopped buying games altogether. 13,000,000 copies made and 7,000,000 copies sent back. Because of this, Atari had to come up with something quick. Around that time was the same time that E.T. came out. Atari took designer Howard Scott Warshaw and told him "You have 9 weeks to make a game that will save the Atari 2600". It was hell for them. But even before Howard was done fixing up all the bugs (he finished the game but it was still a prototype and unfinished) Atari took that prototype and sold it to the public. Everyone hated that one too. altogether Atari lost a total of $23,000,000 which after that they just quit the gaming industry. people were left with no new video games for a whole year until the NES came out in 1985. done. note this isn't COMPLETELY 100% accurate but it is close enough
One of two things is happening here: 1. You are saying this for shock value/attention, in which case, I frown at you. Or 2. You genuinely don't like those games, in which case, I still frown at you.
It wasn't sarcasm, perhaps she momentarily read 'MOST OVERRATED game of all time' when posting that. If those games she listed actually were the 'best ever' (no chance)... then it would be sarcasm.
Pokemon Ruby. Pokemon Sapphire. Pokemon FireRed. Pokemon LeafGreen. Pokemon Emerald. Pokemon Diamond. Pokemon Pearl. Pokemon Platinum. Pokemon HeartGold. Pokemon SoulSilver. I don't think Black & White are too worse, though. In short: POKEMON!
going by sales, you're very wrong going by experience, you're kind of right. After a while they start to get boring, but that doesn't make ALL the games bad
