To be qualified to manage the WoR, you have to be familiar with every single rule, a well that you have played the game at least once. The WoR manager can be changed if the current one wishes him/herself replaced or as the players wish (After the game).

I need a total of 12-15 votes. The more, the better. If we don't get the required number of votes, we stop the whole thing. A vote will become invalid after a week passes.
