    Wood 1.20 for R4iDS Gold is for the r4i gold edition from http://www.r4ids.cn/ correct?

    Yes, but not the v.2, only work for the v.1.xx gold.

    Yes, the v.2 is actually better known as repackaged R4 Ultra, not the real R4i Gold in the sense that the two had different developing team.

    Help, can't make it work.. Copied the (_rpg, WOODR4.DS and the _DS_MENU.dat file +Wood R4iDS Gold v1.20 (CK3).NDS) to the micro card and nothing, screen goes blank.
    I have a nintendo ds lite which I fixing for my little girl.

    Please help.

    Hi I'm sorry if this question has been asked before, but I have an a R4i SDHC 1.4 from real hot stuff, I was wondering if this is compatible with Wood R4 1.20? Thank you for helping! :)

    Try the wood version marked as R4iDSN.
    1. copy over the WoodR4.NDS into your SD Card
    2. Cut and paste the _DS_MENU.DAT and place it into the _rpg folder (to avoid conflict with the R4i's _DS_MENU.DAT)
    3. Copy over the _rpg folder into your SD Card

    Be careful not to accidentally overwrite anything that belong to your R4i SDHC firmware ! The wood's firmware might contain files that are the same name with the R4i's.

    My friend has an M3!

    I'll ask him to test this, but I won't see him for a while :-\

    If you don't have a tester by then, I'll ask him to test it.

    I can also have an N5 tester (my other friend).

    Hi, I am a Dutch citizen and have it translated using Google translator, sorry for strange phrases and / or words.

    If I download and put on my r4 sdhc he does it, but when I open a game he gets stuck.
    Any ideas?

    You can aslo use the translation on the first page,
    its better translated then! also use WAIO not Wood R4
