I need some help, I got the firmware for Wood R4 and did everything to enable the cheats, but when I tried to open the cheats List at "File Information", it doesn't open, why didn't it open?

 

try to use the CLEAN ROM

 

It isnt sure that cheats even work but try following the set-up guide/cheats section again!

 

I have a r4 SDHC with the firmware for clones on the first page but when I run a game it shows some text with the game name then fail at the bottom. what can i do

First it says "init fat succ (game name)"
then it says
"something (game name) fail"
then i have to reset

Cheats work PERFECTLY. No doubts about it.

I have a r4ids V2.0 from R4ids.com. for the Dsi-xl The problem is that many new games don't work. On my original R4 (for dsl it runs perfectly -> great thanks to the maker!)
will there be a version available; please help.

 

WAIO doesnt work on R4iDS (yet)

It could say that the sav-file is scrambled and that you need to copy it to your computer and then copy it back. It works, we have had the same problem. Be sure to cut the file from you sd card, paste it to your pc. cut it from your pc and paste it on your sd.

 

I have an original r4 and downloaded the nds file because the DS_MENU.DAT wont work on my r4. I can play some games, but I cant save in all of them. It always says "save file is corrupted. Please turn of the ds and re-insert the game card." How do I fix this? I've tried formatting my card and I checked that all the sav files were in .nds.sav formatIt still doesn't seem to work.

 

Are you 100% sure it is an Original R4? What does the cart say on the front of it? What is the website for the cart? Do you have a picture?

You can try WAIO if you want to.

 

You seem to have an R4III, thats not an R4 Original so Wood R4 wont work,
Tho WAIO does work and it has been confirmt, so try WAIO out!

 

can confirm waio works on N5, but it wont work with cheats, or i havent figured out how to select them
