Someone uploaded KMA (KOR) patched at D blog was going to do it myself, yes woodr4 did the old way arm9 fix in v1.48 grate for patching roms.

arent you the one.. who redited wood, to work on clones, what happend to it? did you quit like the rest?

 

Yea Aeither tell us.

 

I'll break it down.
Everytime a new Wood R4 was released, it was different.
New code, compatibility and other stuff.

Each time I had to tinker with the code to make it work on other flashcarts. I had to update loaders, add new compatibility and generally change shit.
This process varied in time, but it still took ages.

Without the source code, it is really hard. If YWG released it or gave it to me, I could have WAIO up in a day or two.

Basically, I can't do shit without that code.
And yes, I pretty much gave up.

I found my Original R4 today. Going to fix it up tomorrow and get a good Micro SD.

 

Again the annoying user uploads my files signed by me without me having uploaded it on filetrip.
So again i wont upload the .nds files until that person removes his or the mods do it.

Wood v1.48 for R4 Original/M3 Simply - Works, but just give me a white screen when I was going to play Kirby Mass Attack.
Wood v1.48 for R4iDSN - Nope.
Wood v1.48 for R4iDS Gold - Nope.
Wood v1.42 for R4 SDHC - Nope.
NDS files to load Wood R4 - Works, but just give me a black screen whenI was going to play Ragnarok DS.

I don't try the other ones... Got any tips?

 

Hi, guys. I need some help, please.

I've got a R4-III and I used Wood v1.42 for R4 SDHC. It worked and I can finally play Etrian Odyssey 3 and Devil Survivor 2. When I tried to enable the cheats, I couldn't do it.

I followed the instructions on the first post but after enabling Cheats in the Settings Menu (the one when I press Start -> Settings and the one when I press Y -> Y) in the DS, the cheat (X) option appears but when I click it (or press X) nothing happens. No cheats appear.

I'm sure I placed the USRcheat.dat in the _rpg/cheats folder.

 

1. Be sure you have an Up-To-Date cheat databse.
2. Know if there are even cheats available for the game at all, cant really see cheats if there arnt any right?
3. It should generate a .CC when you done all the instructions correctly.

 

I edited my own cheat database, so that I'll only have cheats for the games I have. But I only did a copy and paste from the cheat database available here (of course). The cheats work perfectly when I'm not using the R4 Wood. Like, when I use the original R4-III system, the cheats appear and they work.

I did as the instructions stated, but even though I see the "Cheat [x]" button, when I press or click it, nothing happens. The cheats window doesn't show.
