and what u mean i should use waio 1.38? i took of the dsmenu file becuz it wont work on an r4 III upgrade or any other clone (that might work with wood for clones) Cause it will say Loading... and repacked it as wood 1.38 for r4 clones. I am not saying it is better but the thing is it works on both r4 sdhc and r4 III upgrade either way it is still the same, all i did was add fonts cheats and deleted r4sdhc files that can create a loading... screen on any other r4 clone all i did was just a repack

 

Let me get this straight cus i honestly haven't even checked the firmwares, the carlos version is from the official firmware and works on sdhc, and your version is from the Waio firmware that is just updated?
wouldint that also mean you update other firmwares inside the pack or only those 2? cus mainly i cant have a second waio on the topic. cus that technically is being owned by Xenon++ Unless you might consider uploading it trough other sources, if you wish to do so just send me a private message then.

 

what u mean update waio? i didnt , dude i repacked the Wood for R4sdhc 1.38 to make it work on both R4 III upgrade and r4 sdhc (by calo3productions) i didnt update waio to 1.38

 

my bad, all the files just look so messy like waio does + theres waio named skins in the skin map so in that way.

you didn't really change much. you simply added new skins and fonts. the r4 sdhc version is the same as the r4 clones version - the skins, fonts ect. all you really need to do is get your firmware, copy it over to your cart. then download the waio (wood for r4 sdhc/clones) and copy the files to your cart. load and done.

yep. nothing new added. mine supports r4 III upgrade on its own, and j16 simply has new skins, fonts, ect. i'll take down the link later on.

 

then i have no readon to use his pack as i dont need a more packed one then the official one. i always keep things official as the owner makes it, thats how i work.

 

My repack is actually for the noobs who donot kno anything as in they will use the r4sdhc dsmenu.dat and overwrite it which will cause a loading... screen and some files in the _system_ folder had to be deleted so i kinda did do something not jus those fuvs

 

well, no. I had a couple of people complaining about filesize (not metinoing anyone) so I got rid of the _system_ folder. now it only includes the _rpg folder and wood r4.nds file. no extra stuff. so if people compared them, they'd be the same besides for the fuvs

Sorry for that. I'm really glad someone still cares about new game support on R4 and compatible cartridges, and I've just seen one too many complains in this thread. A while back, when updates became less frequent, people would complain all the time, asking where the hell the next update was.

Do you own the firmware are know who ?, I'm looking for some answers to extracting the game fixes from the firmware it's self, But is no open source for this firmware, image dream resort owner and Pokemon typing save information i am after to use for a diffrent firmware.
