    Wood for R4 Original/R4iDSN/R4iDS Gold works on 3DS already.
    For Other then Wood for R4 Original you do have to install a few extra things.

    No i mean for 3DS games, i see no real point in playing Normal DS games on a 3DS, unless you only own a 3ds and not a normal DS

    Hi everyone.

    I bought a Nintendo 3DS and they also gave me a R4.
    It's this one:

    I read many topics and posts, but I just wanna make sure so I don't screw it all up.
    Is this compatible with wood?
    Would this one work for me? http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=54653.0
    If not, wich one should I download?


    And what's the worst case scenario in case it's not compatible and I try it?

    Hope you guys can help me.

    Well.....I'm pretty sure its fine with CK3, I think...well...maybe... At least what I post is just the update version based on the OP's page 1 with the same link address (if you had noticed) and not trying to hijack it in anyway. Its just to inform everyone of an update only if the OP not yet update his/her page 1 such as when the OP is offline. Once the OP update his page 1, normally we delete it out of courtesy, but not removing it is ok too, I guess.... As for the bootloader for WOOD its CK3's role to provide it cause he's the only person allowed. If you see the WOOD update post in GBATemp.net by Another World, you'll see his name below YWG's. He's also the one who received permission from Xenon++ regarding the WAIO he hosted in his page 1.

    I understand your inquiry regarding this cause I noticed you're relatively new member here, and you're the first to ever ask about this. So I don't really have firm answer to your question. But I can tell you that no one had ever said its not allow, at least not to me for the past few years ever since I became an active member. Just don't step over the line. ;)

    I didn't say you tried to step over me, and I didn't say you're a noob. I just said I noticed that you're relatively new based on your profile registration record. When I meant by "don't cross the line" it is regarding coutesy when posting something that is already hosted by an OP in the OP's thread which is related to your question to me about whether its ok or not to post such update, remember?
