    Just wanted to know if the DSTT WAIO in your premium package is just wood4tt 1.25, or is it updated to the 1.29 kernel?

    actually i think its 1.25

    i didnt kno how to make an update for it so i left it on 1.25 and by the way the files that donot have [J16] on it means it doesnt belong to me the ones that does have [J16] is mine

    Your "package" is a bunch of bullshit. That "beta v1.33" is a fucking copy of the decrypted original. Your WAIO.nds (all of the ones that people are supposed to load) are also old, probably v1.15 old or something. Also, your loaders are old. Your thing is outdated, and no better than CK3's "WAIO repack". Just what the hell do you think you are updating? From what I can tell, there hasn't been shit that has actually been done, and what I can tell is fairly accurate (by fairly, I mean you would be stupid to refute these claims...extremely stupid...).

    The ways I can tell:
    -CRC32 of your "beta" is the exact same as the decrypted WoodR4 (o.o go figure, not something hard to catch).
    -The WAIO.nds files and loaders provided in yours are a smaller size than mine (and mine definitely are more updated...I would know, because I've tested them on games that REALLY couldn't work with the older loader).
    -All "packs" that I have seen besides the WoodTT are repacks, and NONE of them do shit to update anything.
    -Nobody that cares has the brains to check how to update the loaders like I did, and those with the brains don't care to check because they don't need to.

    Anyways, your package fails and doesn't help. Oh, and btw you people should use the defragger...because that is plain stupid. You don't defrag something that is flash memory based, that just kills the storage. Unless you want to buy a new microSD sooner, it really isn't recommended...ever...for any storage of the type...that includes memory keys.

    I'd rather like to think that I'm not giving people old and outdated files backed by false advertisement and a lack of ability to actually know what the hell WAIO actually does or how it works.

    A run-down of the fucking obvious:
    -WAIO was made by Xenon++ utilizing the source code of WoodR4.
    -WoodR4 because closed source after a bunch of retards decided to jack the code without listening to YWG's rules.
    -Xenon++ could no longer update the code base, and neither can anyone else due to WoodR4 being close sourced, continuing it would be a fork and wouldn't have the same changes that WoodR4 does in terms of the "core" or code base, unless someone was remarkably good at recreating similar changes to their fork to match YWG's updates.
    -Supposing someone has the brains to be able to recreate those changes, it's highly unlikely they would be such a fucking genius as to be able to straight up type word for word, character for character of what YWG does with his closed source WoodR4 for each of his changes in order to get the EXACT SAME CRC32 as the original one.
    -Your WoodTT has the exact same checksum as the WoodTT v1.25, though you claim for it to be v1.29. I'm sure that there were ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES from v1.26-v1.28, which is obviously why they must have the same checksum.
    -Your build for the M3 is also broken.
    -Your rpgloader.nds (just using this since WoodR4 is based off of WoodRPG anyways) is 116kB and the current absolute latest is 128.2kB...so where did THOSE game fixes run off to I wonder...

    Things that are less obvious:
    -Your files are a fucking mess and there are outdated ones that aren't required anymore. Of course, they are probably required for YOUR repackaging, since you used all the outdated shit...but technically, some stuff like the exlinker.nds, ttloader.nds, and some others are just tossing data-space to the wind.
    -I've chatted with Xenon++ before...hell he helped me with a little bit of coding to make his work more enjoyable for me (just some aesthetic additions to hide the debug text with a picture and change the peculiar colors to something less noticeable, if you check out MAIO on GBAtemp, Cannonfoddr and Mantis41 included it in their packs).
    -I know what the fuck I'm talking about.
    -Defragging a flash-based memory ruins it due to burning the number of read/write cycles remaining on the microSD/memory stick/memory key/etc. If any of you know Normmatt (you know, the guy that everyone seems to praise whenever a new AKAIO version comes out?), he is the one that originally told me (and then I went to look it up myself :D). Source available by googling, "should_i_defragment_my_usb_flash_drive" "ask-leo"

    Quote from it: " flash devices (or any "solid state" devices) don't gain a performance benefit from being defragmented.
    But in reality things get worse. Much, much worse.
    You should never defragment a flash drive."

    Point? Don't fucking defrag your flash-based memory. This isn't just bashing on your little "package", this is to ANYONE that reads this post. DON'T DEFRAG FLASH-BASED MEMORY (unless you are straight up filthy rich, then I don't really care, just defragment them all you want and just buy more).

    Now I'm sure some of you are thinking, "screw that, these files are only 512kB save files, nothing big", and you people are idiots. If you check the article, each block is 512bytes meaning 1000 write cycles per sav. Now obviously, this shouldn't put too much of a dent if you have only 1 game and 1 save file, but supposing you have ten, that is 10000 cycles plus any reformatting, file manipulation, and practically anything you do with that memory medium. And these are PER DEFRAGMENT.

    The reason why people say to copy it to the harddrive and put it back? Because it takes A HELL OF A LOT LESS write cycles. That is like paying thousands for a meal that someone eats for a dollar.

    To all the people that put up with my wonderfully long and not particularly kind post, aside from realizing that I am partial to ill-sounding comments that make me sound like a complete jerk, I'm happy to help out with most problems relating to the DS and hopefully you aren't so dim as to not notice that I'm not flinging irrelevant and bullshit info and you are willing to make an effort to believe a person (sprinkle some doubt though...then you can look this stuff up yourself) who burnt their time downloading, checking, rechecking, and making sure that the stuff above is legitimate.

    Flash memory is not quite that simple and you make a defragmentation sound a lot worse than it actually is. While you definitely do jot want to write to flash based memory more than necessary. however, all those write cycles you mention are spread throughout the disk and as such the load is distributed across the cells. If you are so inclined you can defrag your disk or USB stick thousands of times with no degradation in write performance.

    listen i kno who u are dont think i am doing anythign wrong all these files are tested and i NEVER said i MADE waio or waio 1.29 for m3 or tt i repacked them as waio 1.29 . i only made waio 1.29.nds and im not the only one working on it i work with a private team. and yes i kno xenon++ made it . AND I NEVER SAID I MADE IT! and waio 1.29.nds works only on r4 sdhc and r4 III upgrade (tested) would u do me a favour and stop posting on my topic? thats the least you can do. Damn!. and i kno u host a topic of xenon's tools. and i never said i made anything i only repacked them and the wood 1.33 beta file was somehow decrypted to make it work on a r4 III upgrade!. and i dont kno all as i said PRIVATE TEAM BYE!

    and btw u are correct about most of them not all! and also IM leaving the scene! and if so u can make them better why cant you do it! and release it ill test it out and give u my honest opinion

    I said For Others and a dividing line, meaning the information was not directed to you. The top portion is directed to you, but the lower portion is a general notification for others.

    In any case, to answer your new question. Unfortunately since v.1.25 the Wood source code had been removed by YWG. Unless you know how to work around his _ds_menu.dat, its may be impossible to revive WAIO, Wood4TT, etc.

    Never did left the building old friend, i am still here just not much actually i released after what jurrasic player said that waio 1.29 is a fake well it kinda is but at the same way its not I just did it the wrong way if u really need to revive waio ywg has to release wood source code 1.25 and over anyways im sorry leaving the scene if it did affect anyone my team told me there might be a way to use ck3's .nds files(now pectorians) can also do it. But it all failed Lets all just hope for a better future . the nds has only a little left before he dies

    Yeah, since the v.1.25, its not possible to make clones of Wood beside the official version made by YWG and Avalondon.
    Knowing how to convert the _ds_menu.dat into .nds is not the solution to revive WAIO, someone will need to dig deep into the
    codings inside the _ds_menu.dat in order to be able to port it for WAIO. And its not easy to achieve without first looking into how the source code is structured. But yes, the NDS is nearing its end, and soon almost everyone will be playing and discussing about 3DS.
