Apparently If i had a GEI, i can remove all the unwanted files, thus reducing its size .
The "GEI Maio Folder" takes up 25mb itself.

Maio has a bit of difficulties working with the M3i Zero, as CannonFoddr stated :

It seems Maio has been having some errors, during the moonshel 2 bootup, ive most likely fixed all of these by now, including the fix for M3.

So I just started using my Acekard again been almost a year now, realizing that some of the new games didn't work and also the fact that AKAIO still hasn't updated.
And so I decided to do this, now everything works fine as usual, so I guess this is the only way to play new games on an Acekard 2i ;D anyways here:

( I take no credit for this since the update is basically about rom compatibility, all the credit goes to RGF, Jhon591 and 2CH)

Do install this first:

Moonshell 2.09 YS Loader Mod

Then this:

Maio 10 for Acekards

Instructions and changelog included in package, have a nice day x

The AK team can't do that firmware wise. It's a problem with the flashcard hardware itself.

MAIO 9.xx is confirmed working on R4i SDHC v2.10T, thanks to hiiro101.
