Maybe next time soldiers won't cut down civilians with gunfire. I can understand a soldier maybe becoming spooked or the adrenaline getting the better of him and mistakes been made. But does that mean that there should be no consequences? We're talking about murder here, even if it was committed in extenuating circumstances and the US should be responsible for its employees and answerable for what they did.

So its communist to blackout the news? Like the time when the Phil. Army was planning an attack on a fortified rebel base and the media was broadcasting the plans via television and radio and the army ordered a blackout? That was communist? Or just the recently bus hijacking that costed the lives of many foreigners because it was communistic to have a news blockout of the event so they allowed the media to cover a blow by blow report not knowing that every damned tourist bus or public buses have a tv inside or the hijacker might have a radio built in in his cellphone?

I'm not saying that we should block out news/media, but can't we just wait after the events are done? But no! Wikileaks leaks vital of informations that may endanger troops, diplomats and even private individuals. Cause we are eager to know, we must get it hot.

What if there was Wikileaks in James Bond movies? Instead of infiltrating a secret base or the enemies parties/events, it will be like this:

    JB: I'm Bond, James Bond.
Enemy: Yes, Mr. Bond, I was expecting you. I saw your plans in a website. It was leaked from MI6 by Wikileaks.

    or this

Henchman 1: Hey buddy, I read in a website that our base was infiltrated by a spy
Henchman 2: Yeah, they even leaked his face. Hey, that man looks like that spy. Get him!
    James Bond: Drats....thanks wikileaks.

Better it's leaked to Wikileaks than to a hostile force. At least on Wikileaks you know it has been leaked.

Yes, yes it is. It's communist to throw your weight out, commit crimes/ignore crimes being commited, and then cover it up. It's communist to tell your citizens "I will be transparent!" and then you tell them what you think they 'need to know', and raise holy hell when someone reports more than that.

We actually want to know what happens to other people and our surroundings. That's why we're a biped instead of a quadrupedal.

    Hey buddy.

Julian Assange (did I spell that right?) is simply a terrorist who a) is not interested in explosives and thus b) does not work with al-Qaida. End of story.

    LOL

A terrorist is one who seeks to instigate terror or fear. Julian does not meet the definition of a terrorist.

My definition of "terrorist" is one who is so against another country that they try to do something about it.
