what is the different of PS3 40gb - 60gb - 80gb ?? can i upgrade the PS3 memory?? can i upgrade XboX memory??
you can upgrade the hard disk in a PS3, yes. You cannot easily upgrade the hard disk in an xbox (there are ways but microsoft try to prevent you doing it).
the difference is backward compatibility. 40gb is no compatibility, 60gb and 20gb is full hardware and the 80 is software. i'm not sure about the 160gb ps3 though.
the hard disk is for storing savegames and downloaded game content. Some games install to the hard disk to reduce loading times. Ultra's post refers to the compatibility with PSX/PS2 games.
Well the 360 in HD is awesome!! I never knew that one wire and a tv can make such a big difference...
i heard that you must using LCD tv for PS3..?? if im not using LCD tv, the resolution will broke.. hmm, is that true guys?? darn i become afraid to buy it
no its not true. PS3 will support SD TVs so will work on a normal television. However, if your TV is HD, then the graphics will look better.
any game system can be played on pretty much any tv with the right connections some tvs just might not look very good. also i would like to say that the hdtvs are getting way cheaper and are actually pretty affordable now i got my 42in samsung 1080p for only like 800 bucks over a year ago and it was the best 800 bucks i ever spent. whats really pricey is all the hdmi cables you gotta buy for it
wow.. my tv is not a wide screen, is that influnce?? is the graphic become bad in SD tv?? What about XBOX?? ^^
they arent affordable in the UK. Widescreen is completely different and for most part irrelevant. XBOX360 is no different.
I suggest a 60GB if you can get one still. unlike the Xbox360 its possible to upgrade the hard disk (although I wouldn't recommend doing it while the console is under warranty).
i believe it's only available only to non europeans. didn't sony only released the ps3 without the backward compatibility in europe as compared to japan, australia and america. also, some games are meant for hd only because the developers didn't bother with sd tv. dead rising is a good example as the text were unreadable in sd tvs as compared to hd tvs but they released a patch to fix the problem. there are recent games that have the same problem. i don't understand why they would do this.
The 60GB PS3 is the best model. If I were going to get another one, that would be the one I would get. With the newer models, it's like Sony is giving it's fans the shaft. An upgradable hard drive is a bonus. Sony even gives you instructions on how to do it in the instruction manual you get with the system. It won't void your warranty...as long as you do it correctly and use the recommended equipment.
store boy tell me, that after i buy PS3 you should change the optic if not it will break 1-2 month.. is that true??
