I never said playing football was stupid, I said that playing football computer games is. There is at least 2 football games on every console ever released, and something like 20 on all three playstations. About the only difference between any two is the quality of the graphics and the names of the players. There are far too many of these games, and if people really like football they should go outside and kick a real ball.
I'm going to disagree with you there loony football games are fun if you like them and with a bunch of mate before a night out on the town can be really fun to play. i used to hate football watching it and playing it and i now like it just because i started to get in to it from playing the game. i don't play the game on my own as that is a bit sad but with mates its fun. also to people who play them and follow football the updated games do make a difference to them as fans of football will like up to date player changes and the change in player statistics as it does make a difference on how they play.

Is there a possability that the data on the disc is screwed. My suggestion would be (if this is the case) to take it back and trade it for another.
I would say not likely if there's no visible damage (i.e scratches). Of course, it could be that the disc itself isn't made properly, or that the game itself didn't work properly when it was released to manufacturing, but that's unlikely, and if either of those cases are true then trading for another copy won't make any difference (Unless a new version of the game got released).
Well it doesn't matter if you are unfit and trying because at least you do things before complaining but for a real work out and to keep yourself fit then lifting weights and jogging is cheaper and more effective
you guys remember when we first heard about the PS3 and they had pictures of what the controller was going to look like is it got a bundle with ps3?? because i dont get that, and 7 of my friend dont get that too is it really exist??
Ok I may or may not have posted this here: The PS3 failed, I know it failed, everyone I know realised it failed and sony realised it failed1 (which is why they're trying to release the PS4 so fast) The Wii and 360 are personal taste, I prefer the Wii. And as for PSP v DS again, I respect both... UMD movies really flopped though, but you don't buy a gaming console2 for movies... well, you shouldn't anyway. And this is from a few pages back but... i agree with loony, playing digital sport is stupid.... if you like that sport, just playing the real game. and i dont know, i got Silent Hill Homecoming, MGS4, DMC4, Dead Space and Little Big Planet, none of them got any problem. i suggest to try run other game if your PS3 can run other game its most likely that particular disk got problem and you should return it to get a new one. thank god that control never made it or else it would be the silliest control next to Wii Remote.

the same thing can be said about all those music games which many people are buying and playing. why not go and play a real guitar rather then playing guitar hero or start up a band rather then playing rock band. isn't that the direction your heading? i think you're a little to rash on making decisions. the future is wii and there is no going back. there are companies like apple who are trying to apply the ideas of the wii remote into their computer systems to make it more applicable for people, just as how you would do things on the wii but applied to computers. when more companies go this direction, there is no going back.
yes, playing guitar hero with a plastic guitar is stupid..... you better off go and take couple of guitar classes and about the wii remote, not its not the way of the future, its what nintendo want you to think.
Why is it so stupid to play with a plastic guitar? I don't see anyone telling me me to go bust my own rhymes instead of playing Parappa the Rappa or shoot some real ho's instead of playing GTA
^ playing guitar isnt crime, shooting people is, plus playing real guitar is a usable skill, playing a fake guitar is plain stupid. plus, racing game isnt stupid is becuase everyone can drive a car really fast, but not everyone can become a nascar racer...you can become a street racer, but street racing is a crime. technically any activites that you can do in real life if you spend some times to learn how-to, its plain stupid to spend those time in playing video game of those.
so let me get this right, to you ALL those type games be it sports, music etc... are stupid because you can do it in real life. I suppose you also think the same of playing life sim games because you can just live your life eh? : i think you're seriously missing the point here
