Why do people hate Mario (the game character ofcourse)

Honestly, I no longer like Mario ever since I got to know Wario. Now that's a fat guy whose character is kewl ;D

 

I think Luigi doesn't get enough credit

 

True, he always gets cameos.

But didn't he get his own game as well? Luigi's Mansion.

If I saw baby mario i'd give him to a big green dino that eats things and mashes them into bum-eggs too... (but i'd like the outcome to be different to what really happened in the game... Munch munch munch... -> BUM EGG!!!)

 

well, come to think of it, why do people hate mario? the answer is that if u think about it, it is true that he sounds like a retard. but that retardness is givin to him so mario will git more publisized. it would be awusum if he could have those italian stereo type voices.

it would be cool if there was a game mario gos in called, MARIO KILLS BABY MARIO, A PARADOX HAPPENS. and it would be that u have to be bowser tryin to stop him from killin baby because he wants to instead. then at the end of the game bowser kills mario, thus making another paradox.

anyways people hate him because he is like mickey mouse, the disney mascot, hes an anoying childrens character. so basically nintendo is doin wat disney is doin, puttin him on all of their products. ( i dont know if the mickey mouse theory is right )

Actually, if you go to a excessively fanatic Pokemon comunity and say your favorite is pikachu, you'll get but(t)-raped by the pokemon fans.
If you go to an hardcore Sonic fandom and say you loved Sonic in "Sonic The hedgehog (2006)" or in the Archie comics, you'll get a flag stuck up yours.

People simply do seem to hate stuff for no reason...
I like Mario the way he is, the way Alvin-Earthworm managed to perfectly describe in SMBZ.
So wat if he sounds retard? Video game characters have an higher appeal if they don't talk at all. Ever heard of kirby haters?
