Why did you get an XBOX 360?

Bought it for only Phantasy Star Universe... and I still play it too.

MW2 sometimes I play... but not often.

 

I had a 360, and my reason for it was GTAIV. tis a fun game, and my 360 killed it on the first day.
wherever that 360 is now, the bastard that has it is probably boasting himself for a completed game and achievements...

 

I have a PS3, Wii, 360 and PC.

I got a Wii first when it came out.

Then a 360 for my 15th birthday (Right after Halo 3 came out). I got it mainly because I can play with my friends and talk to them while I'm at home and not just at school.

I got a PS3 last year, for blu-ray and some exclusives.

Today, I kind of slowed down playing it (MW2 has gotten REALLY, REALLY boring). I've been focusing on my DS and Pokemon. 8)

 

This is my reason of why i buy or purchased my xbox360, I love to mod them

I bought a 360 cause it was $40 and all I have to do is fix it and then flash it to get all teh games.

 

I got mine on Launch for christmas.
But I loved the first xbox, and I wanted to play exclusives, as well as the arcade games and such.

 

Because I simply hate Sony.

I love the whirring sound it makes. Honestly. I really do. The controller is nice and solid too. Mass Effect is in itself a reason to buy the Xbox360.

I really don't get the competition between the Ps3 fan boys and the Xbox360 nuts. It seems slightly silly.

 

I've had my PS2 for over 7 years and figured it was time for an upgrade. I chose 360 cos it was fairly cheap compared to PS3, as well as it's huge variety of cheap games (I get a lot of games pre-owned).

 

I got it cause of tales of vesperia i wanted to play it

 

I got my Xbox because most of my mates had them =]
The controller also fits your hands <3

 

same here I don't like the feeling of the PS2 controllers

 

my brother & I started the new gen with a wii...
it was great, but, at some strange point, my bro had the idea of getting a 360.
(once my lil bro has a stupid idea stuck in his mind,... meh, I just let it be, besides, he never change his mind.... ._.)
anyway, he got this deal... our wii (2 wiimotes, 1 retro controller, no more heroes, mario kart, resident evil, other stuff) plus $80=
xbox 360, chip, 2 controllers, 1 charge & play, like... 20 or more "clon´d" games & stuff....
it was a good deal indeed, here the wii is devaluated (stupid ppl), besides, our 360 has never been banned....
we have play on live 4 free the days microsoft has that "special" (or whatever the fck it is).
so, it was a great deal.

 

i got it after they announce that the slim is coming out and the price of the elite fell. i got the splinter cell 250 gb bundle with 2 controllers, halo 3 and fable 2 for AU$364. it got dropped $100 and i traded my wii and games to get it for free. me and my bro got bored of wii and i never regretted trading it. xbox 360 is awesome

 

Because the Wii barely has any decent shooters... And I haven't regretted my purchase for a second yet :>

 

Have you even tried to look for a good FPS on the Wii? I have a lot.
