Everywhere I read on the internet says you have to register with Uplay (for Xbox360 or PS3) and you can buy his outfit for 30 uPoints.

Getting Altair's Assassin's Creed costume in Assassin's Creed 2 on the Xbox360/PS3

 

So what your trying to prove is how you can "unlock" stuff easier in which console?

 

Assasineye1 claimed that you had to pay money for it on the 360, but got it for free on the PS3. I can't find any evidence to support this on the net and Natewlie says she played them both and it's not true.

 

How do you know Natewlie never played them both?

Both games on the PS3 and Xbox 360 are exactly the same, this includes the UPlay (kinda since there's no Splinter Cell on the PS3), the DLC and the game and extras.
