That's also on the PS3, you know that right? It's also not the only way to get Altair's costume. And in your original post you said you needed to buy microsoft points, which is no, no no.

Dude, don't do that. If you've made a mistake man up and admit it. If you don't think you've made a mistake, explain why. Don't resort to being condescending to someone.

Here's my main beef with your original argument. You accuse of the 360 of doing something it isn't doing, you don't have to pay Microsoft points at any point during AC2 (or any game for that matter) to progress through the story. Also the same thing you're accusing the Xbox of, it's the same way with the PS3. If you want to make a point and avoid confrontation, it's best to research your subjects.

Also no console is better than the other. I like all my consoles equally, like my kids, although I don't love my consoles as much as them obviously.

Are you kidding me? If you think I'm wrong, and that you're right, you're sorely mistaken.

Someone who can't distinguish flaming and discussion/debate/arguments.

To get Microsoft point you have to pay for them. It's like 10 dollar for 800. The points you're really referring to is uPlay points, in which you progress through the game one either the PS3 or 360, and you're able to get his costume through there if you're too lazy to actually go through the game.

What do you mean "let her be right"? So far, you have stated that you need to pay for Altair's outfit on the 360, but not on the PS3. Which Natewlie opposed, then as proof you pointed to a system which offers the costume for free on any platform you're playing, which Natewlie picked up on and shot you down. Then you (quite rudely btw) extract yourself from the argument, implying you're right, but offering a superficial surrender.

That video you directed us to was a video about UPlay, it's a service that Ubisoft has where if you complete a certain action in the game you get points to redeem for content inside the game. This UPlay system works for Ubisoft made games and is available on both the PS3 and 360, and it's totally free.

In no way, it's microsoft points. As I stated previously, MS points you have to pay for.

Me and Gaynor are not attacking nor flaming you, you're incorrectly judging our tone.

Since when is being wrong a bad thing? I've been wrong many times on this forum and I've been happy to admit it.

We're really not man, you're the one who's refusing to admit to being wrong. Everyone makes mistakes and I think you might have made one, no one would care except that you can't seem to admit it.

Ok im going to re do my statement mybe it will make more sence. ???

Ok i played the 360 one first{I first rented and did not get to see if their were extras
before i sent it back}then got it for ps3 and I was able to explore dlc, extras and all that,so on the 360 at the time,{idk maybe uplay was not up and running}you could only buy the extras with microsoft points,....and on the ps3 you are able to use the uplay to get them free...im guessing uplay is now running and you get the stuff for free?

Are you sure they were Microsoft points and not Microsoft gamer points?

    assasinseye1 Well-Known Member

I belive they were microsoft points because it asked me if I would like to buy some or reedem a code.

What extras? There was none that wasn't already attainable in the game besides the theme and the corrupted memories. And UPlay was up and running on both consoles on launch day for AC2.

There was no DLC until this February and March, which you have to pay for on both the PS3 and 360. Meaning you can't get those memories through UPlay.

The fact that you had to restate your point makes me think you're just trying to save yourself from being wrong, sorry it doesn't work that way.
