Who would you Want to Repopulate With

    Who wouldn't? Everyone would be curious how the hell I have my hair so perfect and how much I can bench with these awesome muscle of mine.

    I'd be more curious about seeing sonic boom.

    I need more muscle. But im too damn skinny. Gotta get fat to turn it into muscle right?
    Im addicted to running so whenever i try one of those calorie shakes it never sets in.
    ADVICE SEPH?

    I was doing the atkins diet [basically only eating meat and high protein stuff] for 3 months and doing weight training
    but it didnt help ;-;

    You need a balanced diet with extra protein and a proper weight training programme for best results.
    If it didn't work at all you probably weren't trying hard enough and with heavy enough weights.
    You should have seen some improvement at least.
    Eating times are important too, you need protein immediately after a session.

    For an idea on how much you should be lifting, you should be benching 1.5 times your bodyweight at least, 3 sets of 10.
    I can almost curl my own bodyweight and can do the same weight in tricep extensions above my head.
    I squat 3 times my bodyweight.

    im 145 at 5'5'' i can bench 300 curl 280, i have muscle it just doesnt LOOK like i do. id like to look like i do. kinda dumb i guess

    i can squat 320 just did it 10 reps of 5 barely did it though

    Im an inch shorter than you, weigh less and have 16" biceps. I do MMA taining too though and run a half marathon 3 times a week.
    Some people just have skinny genes, google "weight training for skinny guys", theres quite a few things you can change that help put on size.
    One thing I advise though, don't put on fat thinking it will turn to muscle, I tried 11 years ago and haven't seen my sixpack since, belly fat is REALLY hard to lose.

    Yup, thats my kinda girl. I think those funbags are about the same size as my GF's.
