Well its been roughly a week since my last request and your only working on one sig so I think its within the rules to requeat another one.

Character - Minato Namikaze (Naruto's Father)
Style - try to make him look awesome in a ninja-style background
Text - Romulation's Yellow Flash in one corner and gettajob0007 in another in a (in crimsons sig how it says redfield that font is really cool) font like the one mentioned in bracket.

 

can someone make me a signature

You don't format a computer, you format storage media. In your case, most likely the hard drive.

but can you make darker colours, make Kon Pachi head sticking out so you see his whole head and change the border to a fading type background?
