well...
i always ask that question to myself and my brothers...
and the answer are a lot...
the first can be any saiyan...
cuz they make stronger to defeat an enemy...
the there comes another more powerfull...
and then they get stronger than before...
so...
they get stronger each day...
another can be any god...
for the simple reason that tehy are gods...
another can be that strongers characters of anime that are strong but can't do something important...
like Kempachi... if he reveal his bankai it can be realy powerfull...
Shishio from Rouroni kenshi... whos body is burned and because of that can't fight for more than 15'...
or Kimimaro... he just die cuz a ill...
i guess you get the point...
and well... that's some of my reason to don't say whos the stronger one...
