I think Cpt Falcon is the strongest character because i saw him destroy a universe. (im not including the gems because they are too strong) lol

 

(Excluding the gauntlet and the gems) Doraemon would win, since he can stop time, go to the past to alter the future, has a super weapon etc.

 

already been said, Doraemi would win Doraemon because she is a better version, not to mention Doraemon is a defect product.

The story is short & sweet, Sugar was sent to earth to become a seasons fairy trainee, as a snow fairy to be exact & she meets this girl who helps her out.

Does mechas count? If so either Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann or Grand Zamboa. They were using galaxies as shuriken and using attacks equal to a big bang. Did i mention they were ten million light years tall? And could manipulate probability?

If no mechas then SSJ4 Gogeta. I reckon we only got to see a miniscule portion of his power in DBGT. Guy's so massively beast, a violent sneeze from him might destroy the Solar System.
