Saint Seiya is the strongest character ever. Just when hes about to die...he just come back to life from nowhere! it´s just like he can revive himself using cosmos! No wait,let´s count how many times Seiya ALMOST died(was pwned).Can you count that? The number probably is ridiculously high...So no matter what you do,Seiya will always come back.He can take Sephiroth´s Super Nova,Goku´s Spirit Bomb,Ichigo´s Getsuga Tenshou while equipped with hollow mask in bankai,And Naruto´s 9 tails kyuubi form Super mega lazer of destruction that kills instantly,and still Seiya would survive and come back from the dead.Nothing can kill Seiya.FEAR HIS POWER!!!

vegito would win hands down but why do some people vote goku stronger then vegito. Goku is HALF of vegito so that doesn't really make sense. Although i have watched lots of bleach (about 250 eps couldn't watch it after that) and from what i've seen bankai ichigo's getsuga tenshou can destroy maybe a huge city. Also seen lots of One Piece and luffys about the same. Naruto don't get me started.

Sadly on your list only the DBZ characters can qualify as the strongest simply because they are on another of power all together. But if we are going on strongest in all of anime it is either the tengen toppa gurren lagann, or the Ideon. The Ideon when it was finally defeated caused an explosion that wiped out the universe. The TTGL was so huge it used galaxies as throwing stars and didn't really have a cap on it's power.
