its best just to get some balls and ask. what is the worst that can happen you get rejected and you'll still be without a girlfriend but at least you tried to do something about it. and never ever worry about getting rejected its not that bigger deal. a tip to you my friends and fellow geeks that are having this problem just go for it you might get lucky, girls like confidence and don't be worried about rejection as it means nothing just get up and try again. i have an example i have two friends one fears rejection and rarely asks a girl out and is girlfriend-less most of the time and i have another friend who seems to have girlfriends all the time and hot ones to he has a high record of pulling but he also has a high record of being rejected. do you want to know his secret
he doesn't care and probability, insted of just ask one girl once which would normally end in a no he asks 50 girls and normally at least one will say yes and when the pub shuts he has someone to go home with.
so the moral of the story just go for it there is nothing to lose

I have one and for out 1 year anniversary i gave her a Broach, She nearly passed out. hehe

The Broach was one she wanted It was a black diamond base

and a Crystal Rose, Ruby for the rose petals , Emeralds for the Stem and leafs and Sapphire or two for a droplet of water or two.

Anyway that set me back about $900 and all I asked from her was a thank you ^_^

i had a girlfriend when i was 12. 14 now. havent had one since probaly cause when ever some one ask me out i sort of go into a daze and act weird and they dont get an answer or i some how shake them off. damnit i cant handle it. feel like an idiot afterwards

you're the same as me i guess but i got over going to be 13 when i go to high school so much homework and i get 10 pages of homework everyday and my school also provides for high school so im still in the same school but different building different uniform nooooo and even more exams more subjects ahahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaahhhhhhhhh
and she said yes to graduation dance or what eva you call it1 load off my mind now where did my ds go

LOL i can't even count the many times i got rejected But i found out, that not having a partner has it's advantages.

I'm single, never had a gf (it really PO'ed me in highschool), but it's just HILARIOUS to watch my friends get into trouble with their girls

Girlfriends = status symbol apparently.

I also laugh how someone bought a 900$ broach, I've never seen the appeal for jewelery, it's shiny, oooooooh. Especially for a first anniversary, IMO the expensive jewelery should be for the wedding. It's probably cause I'm low maintenance. A 'thing' is not how you show affection. That's how I see it.

I've been married to my high school sweetheart, we were together for 5 years before we got married, and we've been married for 2 years. Feels like I've known him forever though. :3
