For an avatar, go to.... profile -> forum profile information and then either upload a pic from your
computer or use a link from the net....

To add a pic to a post, just put the link between these tags : [nobbc][/nobbc]
eg. if you wanted to add at the url ... www.pic.com/pic1
you'd put [nobbc][/nobbc] into your post....
