Yeah. My web and my data communications lecturers have both said multiple times to design for IE and then make tweaks for FF, Safari, Chrome and Opera in that order because it's still got about 60-75% of market share due to being built into Windows.

    Firefox.

    It's on fire and it's a fox...so yeah.

Plus, it's fully customizable with just about any look/apps I want it to have.
Great for blocking Java Scripts as well.

And yes, there are a few threads like this.

Firefox mainly as I hated IE and it was the first thing that popped into mind.

    Firefox.
I made a thread like this before and tested what everyone recommended, I found firefox to be the best for me.
Mostly because I was used to IE and the layout is similar, and none of the others seem to be better in any way.

Figures in that. Schools won't remotely update for anything. My textbooks in my junior year in HS were older than my grandma. She was born in 1922 >_>.

I should hope it does have bookmarks! Would be a useless browser without them :p

    Chrome
Love the themes, not so cluttered with useless tabs and buttons on top.

I accidentally downloaded AND installed Chrome when I updated Google Earth & it eff'd up my PC :p

I used to use Opera in 2007 because it had this "upload acceleration" thing built into it. What it is was it "supposedly" made it so that webpages loaded faster on 56kbps modem connections. Then everyone here on RomUlation introdued FireFox to me as "TEH BEST" Browser on Earth & everything else was history :)

I started using firefox when IE was still lame and had a lack of functions.
Now IE is better than fox imo, but i'm still using Firefox out of habit.
