I'm not really into it, just wanted to see if I could do it ^^

And you're right, nobody should think of themselves as an artist when it comes to sig, unfortunetly on all the graphics forum's most would disagree with you, s'why I left.

Heh Hand Drawings are more better than Photoshop.... True My Outcome Is not Better or near like Photoshop & GIMP Outcomes but in drawing we have everything on our own... Color/Pencils and etc. we use it and gave at least 3 hours for Best try.... I have made Kyogre's Painting and Cloud Strife's Painting xD It looks awesome. It is in my collection of Hand Drawings :D

That's fine. I'll just ask to point me in the right direction when and if I download it.

Corel Painter is a freak of nature! :p It uses XML? I believe, so it behaves like vector since the images are a series of coordinates, but the final result is raster. Might be wrong though.

I use Photoshop CS3 and GIMP. GIMP isn't bad but it's a bit complex to use IMO. So I usually stick with Photoshop

I'd say the complexity of getting around all of the tools is about the same. I've used both, Illustrator briefly.
