What's your favorite food/cuisine?

Rasher, sausage, egg, hash brown, white and black pudding in a buttered roll!
Enchiladas are awesome too, but I'll enjoy any meat dish really.

Scallops done right, as in, soft, like a breast and tender. Wrapped in bacon, and some peach bourbon is good too.

Although my favorites change all the time.

Depends, it can be quite fatty. Not bad if cooked right though.
