What's the average age ...

    I'm 24, and I still like watching shounen anime.

    Of course, anime comprises only about 25% of the shows that I watch regularly.

    lol is just started watching anime/manga last year and im almost 17 now.
    But i gotta say now im really addicted i watch bleach regaurly(^^) and i even stared my own manga!

    LOLZ ANIME IS for the age of 14-19 somewhere in between. It is usually ment for teen but some can be ment for kids.

    It's always weird, in the west at least. That's why I don't tell my friends I watch anime.

    I am 13(oooo!Unlucky!)and i like comedy,cooking,action,sport and racing anime.

    I think anime can be watched by people in all ages. Most of you are still teenagers, but i'm 21 and know people older than me that love anime, well into their late twenties. I suppose if you are older than that it can be a little strange, but I mean if you love anime thats all that matters. Who cares how old you are and what anyone else thinks. Its not like people will be spying on you in your house while you are watching and tell everyone. Some anime is made with the intention of targetting older audiences. Basilisk, CLaymore and Gantz are such anime, with adult themes and plenty of gore and violence (and the occassional nudity). I think anyone can watch anime, and because anime is cool, I encourage anyone to try it. Most series are pretty boring but the odd few are great and very interesting.
