what's an abuse report to an isp?

    I know that my cousin's girlfriend's ISP quit serving her because she was like abusing it in some way. ISP screwing your Internet happens everyday but disabling your Internet?

    CHANGE YOUR IP!!!

    That would have the net effect of 0, if it was IP owned by your ISP then it is trivial for them to match the details up.

    Mainly ISPs will tend to only disconnect for serious offences, these type of abuses generally will be given warnings, rather than disconnects.
