    It's funny that almost everyone had a Nokia. I don't think the majority of the people owns one nowadays.

    yup, thanks for the update. currently using one my sis gave me. but since its an android, the battery sucks. only a day and a half. but still cheap. gonna save for a samsung, still cheap but a little better than my current phone.

    Chinese made phones aren't necessarily good quality, you got lucky.

    You have to be really careful about buying 3G phones from other countries, not all countries use the same frequency bands for 3G so if the phone you buy uses different 3G bands to what your country uses, you won't have 3G. My phone is an American import, America uses different 3G frequencies to the UK so I can't use the 3G. I knew this before I bought it and I dont use mobile data so it's not a problem for me.

    Can't you tweak the hertz-generator in a cell phone so an adjustment can be made to the 3G frequency band from the phone? I thought something like that was possible.

    no. you'd have to replace the radio board and theres no guarantee it would work.

    heh, Samsung Intensity. first and current (though the current plan runs out sometime in april/may, so hopefully ill get a new phone, one that you can manually lock the buttons)
