On the second one Ash leaves to go home and finsih his education when Brock lectures him. That's quite a relevant point I think...

LOL! I've seen those before hehehe. By the way, I think the best pokemon game is Emerald.

I love GSC just for the map but just thinking about it now all poke games are the same thing over and over with a different story...

i still love em but i don't see them growing any time soon.

I know lots of people my age and older, to their early and mid twenties, who are still playing Pokemon. For some reason I don't see them creating a better storyline then what they have now without losing their fan base or creating something that just sucks.

Maybe a Pokemon freeroaming game or something, that'd be neat and new, with different job classes, like Trainer, Gym Leader, Breeder, Ranger, etc. But who would buy it..? P:

yes please, but you're right it will never happen they are too scared to change a damn thing, and when they do they manage to mess it up :(

i think its likely to die after platinum unless they do something drastic

they really need a decent storyline, but i've also wondered what would happen if they made it more of an "open RPG" like Rune Factory (like no specific storyline, do whatever you want kind of thing)

needs a better combat interface. like what if there was a 'chance' thing where you can react quickly and dodge/aim attacks instead of just leaving it all to statistics?

needs better graphics. right now it's not too bad, but... should go a bit further than that.

the series have gone on pretty long considering its fairly basic system. the way i see it, they MUST make some drastic change after Platinum or else the whole thing will fall flat on its face, like the Ruby-Sapphire crash!

by now, with the games being able to reach 128mb, i think they could at least put in multiple regions like GSC did. still the reason i love those the most

128 isn't the max i'm pretty sure double that is

i personally think it should have graphics like golden sun to give things a proper 3d look rather than the lame thing they did on diamond/pearl

  14. I think that they should make a game with EVERY pokemon in it, like mixed into multipul new regions, and have ways to go back to the origional regions, or something like that. and I think a Rune Factory style version would actually work pretty well.

Oh, yeah, I meant to say what the best ones is. Well, I have to be difficult, I would have to say Pokemon Snap, because it was the only one that wasn't the same story lines as the rest, other then the collesium games.

Pokemon Snap was so much fun when i played it on someone else's N64! i'm considering getting it on Virtual Console

it was great how there's no actual beating up on other pokemon in it

    I loved Ruby and Sapphire.
I had like 500 hours racked up with my friend in 5th grade.

There was also a TON of extra stuff to do after the elite four.

when i said "beating them up" i meant pokemon vs pokemon kind of beating up, sorry for the confusion.

i never did get past that one part though, where you see like a switch, and (i think) a Mankey in front of it. doesn't take bait, and faints when i hit it with the pester ball (whatever it's called)
