    No No No

Vista is a very good OS,just too many geeks comparing it to XP.

Ive had vista since it came out,and not one has it crashed or anything on me,its very stable and extremly fast.
People always complaing about how much ram its uses, but ive always said the same thing

    "buy more ram"
because the way Vista allocates its ram, even when its not being used, its a very very good idea,as it makes the OS more stable.

XP on the other hand, dosnt do that and always crashed on me,time after time, and i ditched it :)

But hey, diffrent strokes for diffrent people.

The way the OS allocates RAM memory has almost nothing to do with stability. Read this article regarding Superfetch, which is the service responsible for allowing Vista to take up a lot of RAM and reallocating it.

Arch Linux here. I removed Windows completely about two weeks ago after using mostly Linux for half a year.

You don't need to pay for it anyway. The only way you can get Windows XP is the illegal way.

    Also; Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.

It's just so freaking smooth as far as gaming is concerned ;) an I probably won't work a different OS for a while :D

I tried Linux, even though it is a awesome OS their are too many drivers you have to look for, not too mention game compatibility issues :'(

If it was not for that I probably would have stuck with Linux

I'm primarily using Ubuntu 9.10 on my laptop and desktop, on the media machine I believe I'm currently running Xubuntu 9.10 (I haven't used it in a while, so I'm not sure).
