What get's you "high" (kid safe)

Being really sick during a dream. Once I threw up in the middle of the night in my mom's arms declaring myself the pinball king. Seriously, a pinball world where I was the metal ball inside and throwing up makes you king. But stuff like that is too obvious - doesn't everyone space out when they're sick?

Or if I get to a certain relaxation point, like lying down, my body starts to buzz. I've read that a lot of people can do this whenever they want (lucky) and that it's a gateway to another universe.
