That's waaaay off. The population of males and females in the world are almost equal, and I've heard that there are more females.

 

No it isn't. Do you wonder sometimes why you can't get a girlfriend? Because there are too many guys in the world.

 

No, there are other reasons why you can't get a girlfriend.

 

The average world male/female ratio is 1.05. That is, 105 males for every 100 females, so there are more males than females, but a ratio of about 3 is ludicrous.

 

Why are there more males than females?
Males are dying faster in wars and all that such. Even when wars are getting few, men criminals are more and countries like the PRC have lots of death penalties. Men seem to go outside and get infected easier.
One of the big reasons that women die a lot is because Ancient Chinese like an eldest child and sometimes kill the eldest daughter.
Can someone clarify why men populate more than females do. The big thing to clarify is about war.

 

^Its not just in Ancient China, it's also happening right now. Due to the '1 Child Policy' people now kill their babies if they are girls, as they believe only having a boy will make the family prosper. :-[

 

First to clear up the Boy/Girl ratio, the estimated population of males and females by 2008 is 3,362,269,511 and 3,317,224,382 respectively. (Source U.S. Census Bureau, International Data Base.)
So I can't really see there being a ratio of 3:1.

Seriously. Those are really uninformed, ignorant, assumptions you jumped into there.

It seems that you and Solus are quite too busy to research first before trying to jump the 'gun'. Yes, you both are on different sides, but it's really clear how old you both are.

Men criminals? Men seem to go outside and get infected easier? Are you seriously trying defend your argument by first saying that men die faster? First off, men and women of different ages have to be taken into account. Younger and older have more vulnerabilities then middle aged. Women have just as much chances as catching these so-called 'infections' as men. And where exactly did you get this information from eh?

Men criminals? Yes, there are a majority in many places of the world, but where did you come to the conclusion that this would be a factor into how many men die?

The Chinese do have that gender-cide policy, as do some other countries (which result in inbreeding and marrying within a family bloodline).

Do you realize that war is a very minor portion of our population? 100 thousand troops mean squat compared to 6 billion something people. Of which, unless some disaster occurs during the war, more than half will usually come out alive. In the case of this war, nearly 100% will be poisoned with Depleted Uranium, but they will still be alive long enough to have deformed babies and die of cancer and internal malfunctions.

Regardless, war still does not crunch the numbers to 3:1, which would be like saying that 2 billion women died... yesterday... altogether... and all men now are reduced to porn.

If the stats are anywhere near 3:1 (men:women or vise versa), then the population would decline devastatingly... no one would complain about global warming with that kind of ratio in the works.

I said 3:1 'I THINK". Anyway I just know that the population of males are higher than females. I was wrong, sure you can find a girlfriend but these days it's getting harder to get a wife. All those independant women crap and stuff. And desaze, the title of this thread is 'What gender are romulation users'. Somehow it went off a little a long the way. So yeah we don't exactly have to give the right facts because the guy who started this thread DONT BOTHER to know about this.
