The Last Remnant is my main focus with a side of Prototype when I get annoyed and just feel like slaughtering things.

Still no one has told me if it's a good game or not and what type of RPG is it? Like Action, regular Role Play, Strategy, etc.

actually the drives do allow you to end the boss. i think your talking about playing as other characters. i saw a vid of it and while playing as mickey you cant kill the boss. having the drive forms does allow you to end the boss fights in KH2. infinite drive forms isnt exactly "infinite" it just gives you a full drive bar if you get hit once or you hit something once.

Its Strategy-ish. Basically, you take a whole bunch of people onto a battlefield and they're split up into groups of 1 to 5 people and the HP for that group is everyone's HP combined so its better to put people in your group instead of going solo since monsters hit you hard.

You can equip whatever weapons you want on the main character(I'm duel wielding swords at the moment) and his party members upgrade their equipment on their own for the most part.

You're a bit limited at first in regards to customizing your groups(I've only got a group with 3 people in it and I can't add anymore.) but as the game progresses you're allowed to have more people on your team as well as form more unions(the name for the groups of people). You don't gain levels in this game either, opting to do something similar to Saga Frontier where you get stat increases every once in awhile after battles.

As I haven't really played it all that long I can't really say if its a good game or not but it's only $30 new so its not that expensive at least. :p

Currently playing: SMT: Devil Survivor, Suikoden Tierkreis.

Thinking if playing Pokemon Platinum is worth it. IMO, Pokemon Rom HACKS are better.

I never actually liked beating the story mode of pokemon. It's always the content after you beat it that I enjoy, mainly the metagame.

    Shin Megami Tensei Devil's Survivor
It's not bad, I just hate that it switches screens everytime there's a battle. I liked tactical RPGs because it was swift when they're battling. The screen change makes it slower paced. I also hate that you don't really walk around anywhere...(Most NDS games have that problem...)

    Final Fantasy Dissdia
Could be better if I could actually read the items and what they do. The Level 5 bosses are such a pain. Apparently the only way to kill them is to do a little damage, run away, run around the stage, get them down to 500 health and then use your limit break before they do.

    Mana Khemia Student Alliance
I really like this game. Not so much for the school aspect (it's summer, come on, no school) but the synthesis is what grabs me. I've always liked synthesis where you can get basic materials, make something, then grab secondary materials and make something better. And they have basic classes, tank, healer, and dps (or whatever you want to call it). You can tell NIS made this game. Very Disgaea-esque. I've done more synthesis than Item Worlds. It's that addicting.

    GTA: ChinaTown Wars
Apparently turning on Inf Health/Invincible with Inf Ammo/Rapid Fire with RPGs while running around in a circle is fun stuff...

    Phantasy Star Portable
Finally, this game is better than Blue Burst. I never liked Blue Burst because well you were always open to attacks if you attacked. This one is faster paced, meaning that you can move out of the way after attacking, walk around in circles around the enemy, whatever floats your boat.

    Final Fantasy for PSP
I was playing this earlier, now I have a boat, and I don't know where to go because no one really tells you.

    Animal Crossing: Wild World
I booted this up on a save editor. They have a remove all weeds option! PWNED! And I can spawn items that are classified as unused. Sweetness.

Actually that's the greatest point of it's gameplay, it's like Archaic Sealed Heart (ASH), it feels like you're playing fire emblem+dragon quest
