    Harvest Moon DS:Cute
Rune factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon
Mario and Luigi - Partners in Time:
    Mario Kart DS
    The World Ends With You

All those, are games from your list that I have played and found them awesome (especially The World Ends With You).
Also, if you want to save space on your card, try limiting how many games you put on there. Like only put on 2 or 3 games on at a time, and put more on when you've completed them. That's what I've been doing lately, helps me a lot.

every body recommends animal crossing, i use to play is for the gamecube and it was great so I'm sure it's jsut as good for the NDS although i haven't tried it yet.

Warioware Touched is a really fun game, I strongly recommend that for a pick up and play kind of game

I thought most DS games are under 50MB and only a select few are over that?

Why don't you just start a NDS archive on your computer since you will need to back things up for firmware updates anyway. Then you can have a library of games to chose from. This is what I do with my lap top in case I want to change things up and I am not near a wifi connection. My pick would be New Super Mario Bros. That game is what originally motivated me to get a NDS and R4 card.

Dude, a 2GB card on an R4 (which is what I use) runs perfectly well with up to about 1.79 GB of data. Plus, you say you can only fit about 4 games but the file sizes in the list you gave vary dramatically, are you going to only download 2 games if the file size is 128MB, or 8 it the file size is 32MB etc. Sorry if it seems I am having a go at you, I'm not, I just find your logic to be faulty. Also the size of a game is no indication of quality. Look at Bangai-O-spirits if you doubt this. Generally a larger file size can mean more cut scenes, or speech or music in the game. From the list you posted I would pick Mario Kart, Partners in Time, Animal Crossing and Kirby:Canvas Curse. But seriously, claiming you can only put .3 GB worth of games on the card is wrong unless the card is faulty. And, if that is the case surely you can just buy another. We are not talking alot of money hear.

He already said that if he fills it up too much it freezes, he found the R4...he didn't buy it so it's likely it is faulty. He also didn't say he can only have up .3 gb of games on it, he said that's how much is on it now. He said he did want to leave space for other things on the card as well. Why would he go buy another on eif the card does work, he found a free flash cart and now gets free games...and the flash cart does function, it's a win win for him.

OK- GTA Chinatown Wars. Search through the forum to find out how to patch that. The game will cost you points but it's damn worth the wait. Also, DO NOT bother getting the Avatar games. They're really bad. Trust me.

You know, the more space taken up on an R4 means the less battery life.

First time I have ever heard that before, but I guess it could happen in theory. Where's Loony I bet he would know.

i stacked my r4 with games before and it had a crap battery life (2 hours). i heard about the longer battery life so i only got a few choice games on it and it lasted waaaaaaay longer. u know, when i saw my friend play his r4 then switch to gba cartridge, the battery went from red to green. i think it's the amount of space there is on the cartridge which affects the battery life. i mean, gba games are about 10 megs at the most while nds games are usually 64 megs.

the bigger the file size is, the more power it takes the DS to process it...resulting in lower battery life?

    does that sound about right?
