Sorry, don't know it. Wasn't a big PC gamer back then. It was always Super Mario World and what not.

 

I don`t know many Life-Simulation. "Little Computer People" on the C64, yeah. And there was a Game called "creatures" on PS1 (ugly Game), "Black & White" is also wrong....hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.............what else?

 

You just got it. It was Creatures for the PC. I didn't know there was one for the PS1, but the original was a PC game. I tried to make it easy by telling people the name of the game in the clues. Your go.

Okay:

-I was developed 1992 in French.
