It's really more a 'guess' than anything. It's not always bad. Most of the time about 1/3 will have good/decent luck, predicted success in school and work etc. So far I haven't seen uber outstanding ones for this year though. Unless you count the rabbit, who seems to be hoarding all 'em luck.
