Could just be uncompatible at those parts. Try on a different computer if possible?

I don't have another one. I even tried changing the 3D render. But I still think my computer can handle it. Maybe I need to clean my computer, I don't know. ??? :-\

Although Luminous Arc should run fine on a decent computer. I was meaning if you could try it on any other computer possible. How fast is it anyway and RAM?

My ram is 512 or 504 really from looking at the system information.

512 since it has to be a power of 2

Well, I found malware  when I did a system spyware scan. It even was messing with my iTunes. :(

Maybe that's what could have been messing with my emulator. I'll test it out and let you guys know if that was the source of my issue. :)

Could be, some 32bitPwns guy had sort of the same problem with freezing on no$gba, but I had helped him out with a previous problem which fixed it.

Just to be clear, the roms loaded on the site don't have malware or spyware right?

    No they do not.

I noticed after I did the tutorial from Luminous Arc it freezes...Am I supposed to look at everything on that list or just a few things so I can just continue on?

Just a few things, it's not too accurate.

Also, does having Data Exectution Prevention on...have something to do with it? It's under the "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except thse I select."

Unsure, 32bitPwns problem was something to do with a firewall intruding with programs and such, so try with it off.

How do I turn my firewall off? And if so, it's not suggested to use the internet without it right...I only have windows xp firewall.

it's not suggested to go on the internet with Windows XP firewall either, its the technological equivalent of hiding from a tornado behind wet tissue paper.

Browse to this link: http://www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=sygate, scroll down until you see the link "Sygate personal firewall 5.6.2808 and download it. This was the last version of Sygate before Symantec bought them out and destroyed the product. Install Sygate and reboot when it asks you to; once you have rebooted it will ask you to register now or later; you must click 'register later' every time you start your computer. You cannot register as Symantec removed the webpage to register on. (they want to sell you their Norton crap, Sygate is free and always was, and is actually a very good product, unlike anything Symantec produces). You will now have to grant permission to programs wanting to use the internet.

To remove windows firewall, go into control panel and find 'network connections'. Find the connection you use (it is probably 'local area connection' unless you use a USB modem). Right click it and choose 'properties'. On the 'advanced' tab is an option 'protect my computer...'. Turn this off and apply the changes. Windows may warn you that you have no firewall, it cannot always detect the presence of Sygate. If this is the case, you may disable the warning by going to the security center in control panel, and on the left is a link entitled 'Change the way security center alerts me'. Click this and take the check mark out of 'firewall'.

Why is it that most of the free products are better than the paid ones?

I really should install this one.

Because I think that's how crap companies make their crap money. Everything is business. And they don't care how they make their money as long as they get it.

-I googled the issue I'm having with my Luminous Arc rom and I found out that sometimes the game doesn't dump properly unless I save and then use a different rom. So that way the "old" rom (Luminous Arc) can dump and save properly...It's weird but that's how they say NO$GBA works.

Sygate is unfortunately not compatible with vista.

I don't have Vista. I have Windows XP Service Pack 3. I even changed my theme for now to a Windows Standard theme...I'm kind of tired of the blue and silver XP theme. :p ::)
