I remember the days when everyone used to do stuff like this. I made a website with the latest 20 GBA roms that I updated daily.

I think you need to make a bit of content and an actual website, a forum on it's own with no specific genre is just too vague, I think you need to change it to more specific boards, whether it be gaming or anime or whatever. Nice design though

 

Unless i invest into the site i cannot host any illegal material.
