What are your plans for Halloween this year?

I would go Teacher Feeney of Boy meets world and give out wooden rulers to the kids. Maybe an assortment of pencils, papers and crayons to add the give aways.

Also I would put a sign saying thats what i would give so they would leave me alone and let me enjoy my movie and snacks.

Halloween is the night before Nov. 1, meaning night of Oct 31.

Barely anyone celebrates Halloween in Australia.

 

Halloween used to be fun here, but these dickhead older teens (like 18 years old) started breaking into people's houses on Halloween and stealing candy. Now you get a fine if you trick-or-treat over the age of 12.

Shit, I liked getting free food.

This Halloween, I've gotta sit with my dad, his friend and this 400-pound retard that she always takes care of (I might pain him green and call him the blob for a few laughs)

To be honest, with a lot of otakus & weeaboos dressing up & attending cosplays almost every other month here Halloween has lost its umpf here

I've posted this before on an older thread, but to let the Topic Starter know, we never celebrated Halloween in this country until recently, at around 1998-ish. And what's worse was that I grew up watching a lot of American TV as that's what we mostly got on TV back in the 60's til the late 80's. I grew up never experiencing the whimsical & scary festivity known as Halloween even though I saw a lot about it on TV back then

Also, the only significant Holiday we "celebrate" even though celebration is not the correct term for it, near Halloween is "All Saints' Day" on Novermber 1 & "All Souls' Day" on November 2. We "celebrate" it by visiting our relatives & ancestors' graves & spend the whole day at a cemetery, sounds creepy yes, but no with all the drinking & singing that sometimes occur it feels festive & non glum.

 

I'll be working.

 

It Was Always Nice To Go Trick-Or-Treating in Alabang. It Truly felt like an "American Halloween"

Anyways, I'll be watching Halloween specials all day
