Super Mario RPG was my fav RPG evah.... Only behind Earthbound (And Mother 3) But asides from that, my favorite PSX game was Legend of Legia, and Legend of Dragoon.
My all time favourites on PSX have to be: - Jade Cocoon (Words cannot describe how much I love this game. Now I loathe Sony for their broken PSX Emulator on the PSP. I still can't get it to play properly, without having to transfer saves to and from the PC and PSP) - Legend of Dragoon - Silent Hill
