Finishing an 12 mile walk, started around 7AM finished around 9:15

Just back from gym, setting more downloads going whilst I eat protein.

 

Watching ISO2GOD convert Final Fantasy XIII into one nifty game on demand (GOD) container. to hell with swapping discs mid game, I say!

I just finished a cold dive bath, to rid myself of any over exertion from my earlier walk.
Walking is too addictive. Even with two cars, I end up walking almost anywhere I need to go.

 

Burning old spanish monster b-movies to DVDs.
